Body as a Process and Process in the Body

I was struck with this insight today (epiphanic !!) that my body is actually a process. I was reflecting on how my body is feeling as a process (a rather random thought) and it suddenly struck me that it is indeed a process ... For instance, today my body (as a process) is feeling burdened, heavy and weighed down ... Staying with this feeling leads me to examine how my body is actually pulling in how I actually have been experiencing life recently, and reacting to all that.

D-uh, I hear some of my process work colleagues say, but there is something to be said for building conviction by actually experiencing something ...

Would also be interesting to view "processes as a body" - as in, if I experience a certain process, where in my body does this process seem to resonate with ? A lot of my current processes seem to be "head", "arms" and "legs" ...

What about you ? How does it work for you ?
